Money why is it important

Quality of living Even in a smaller scale in business, wages and salaries are important matters when it comes to human. The wages are the proof of peoples effort and devotion to the work they do. The wages vary from one to another depending on the kind of job people do and the position they occupy in the company. People use the earnings they get from their work in many ways.

They buy the necessary things that they need to sustain their living such as home, food, and car. As mentioned in the earlier paragraph, these wages are also used to attain high quality of education. There are huge differences between people who work and earn wages and people who do not.

People who can earn their livings mostly live a life filled with what they want to have. They eat nutritious food which helps sustain body health and use cars to transport them to wherever they want to go. On the other hand, people who do not have a job and earn nothing often have hard times sustaining their life. They have nothing to support their health. They also do not have a permanent shelter where they could rest on.

These people could not live properly because they could not afford any of it. These illustrate a contrasting example of people who earn wages and who do not. How much they spend on certain activities, hobbies, toys, or vacations?

Why money is important to me could be very different from why money is important to you. Even between partners there can be confusion and frustration about why money is important. What I find even more amazing are the trade-offs these people make to afford those things.

They clearly understand why money is important to them and are willing to make sacrifices in other areas of their budget. What these people have in common is that they really value one specific thing and they make spending decisions accordingly. Financial values can differ greatly from person to person. We all value things differently and it clearly shows in the way we choose to spend our money.

Most of the time there is a strong connection between spending and values but sometimes there can be a small disconnect. Tax planning, benefit optimization , budgeting, family planning, retirement planning and more To me? To everyone? My Values Freedom, security and time are my financial values. My top value is freedom. To me freedom means having choice. The choice to do something, to buy something, to take a risk, etc. The answers to these questions depends on your lifestyle and what your material needs are.

It is often said that money is not the most important thing in the world. For many people, however, it is right up there next to air in importance. These are not necessarily overly-materialistic people.

Rather, they simply understand the true value of money. Money, in and of itself, is not very spectacular. What money can do for you is what is really important. Money gives you freedom and choices. You can decide where and how you want to live when you have a good income or financial resources.

On the other hand, when you do not have much money, choice may be something that you cannot afford. The choices available to you may not really be choices at all.
