MCT will always give you the latest build, The OS you have now wasn't just changed, you have to have formatted to install it, the same media should also have 32bit installer. It was either already there or you or someone else wiped it, you cannot upgrade from 32bit to 64 bit so I don't see how it changed as you say. It would have been nice to have a direct upgrade from windows 7 32 bit to windows 10 64 bit but I had to move all of the files one by one because of one corrupt file.
